河网水流模拟编程计算研究

以扩展的圣维南方程组和有限差分方程组为基础，对河网进行合理的编码，采用Preissmann法对圣维南方程组进行离散，采用河网矩阵标识法的三级解法编制河网非恒定流的计算程序求解各断面的水位Z和流量Q。     

Estrogen treatment enhances mesenteric lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock

AIM To investigate the effects of 17β-estradiol （E2） treatment on the mesenteric lymphatic microcirculation and isolated lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock, and to explore the relationship between contractility and the difference between intra- and extracellular calcium ion concentrations （［Ca²⁺］） of lymphatic smooth muscle cells （LSMCs）. METHODS Male Wistar rats were divided into sham group, shock group and shock+E2 group. The rats were subjected to hemorrhage ［（40±2） mmHg for 90 min］ and resuscitation with or without subcutaneous injection of E2 （2 mg/kg）. After resuscitation for 3 h, the mesenteric lymphatic microcirculation in vivo was observed. Moreover, the isolated mesenteric microlymphatic rings were prepared for the observations of lymphatic contractility evaluated by the indexes including end-systolic diameter, end-diastolic diameter, contraction frequency （CF） and passive diameter. Meanwhile, the difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs was recorded during lymphatic contraction. RESULTS Treatment with E2 significantly enhanced the CF, total contractile fraction and lymphatic dynamics index in vivo in the rats after hemorrhagic shock, and increased the CF, the fractional pump flow and the difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs in isolated lymphatics from the shocked rats （P<0.05）. CONCLUSION Estrogen treatment enhances lymphatic contractility in rats after hemorrhagic shock, which is related to enhancement of difference between intra- and extracellular ［Ca²⁺］ of LSMCs.     

菜籽中4—羟基—3—甲基吲哚硫代葡萄糖苷的离子交换色谱法分离

本文报道用ＤＥＡＥ Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ Ａ－２５作固定相，硫酸钾溶液作流动相的离子交换色谱法，从菜籽中分离４－羟基－３－甲基吲哚硫代葡萄糖苷的方法。     

表皮生长因子在动物肠道无机离子及其他营养物质吸收中的作用

表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)是生长因子家族成员之一,具有促进细胞生长、细胞迁移、细胞增殖、伤口愈合、骨骼愈合以及营养物质转运等生物学功能。大量研究表明EGF对钠离子、氯离子、镁离子、无机磷、葡萄糖、谷氨酰胺、小肽、5-羟色胺等物质的转运具有促进作用。本文旨在概述EGF对营养物质转运的影响,为EGF在动物生产上的应用提供参考。     

Significance of salt transport patterns in rice varieties differing in salt tolerance

Abstract

The absorption mechanisms for Na, K, SO₄ and Cl were tested in a salt tolerant (PVR 1) and a salt sensitive (GEB 24) rice varieties. The salt tolerant variety accumulated significantly larger amounts of Na than the salt sensitive variety. Further, PVR 1 absorbed SO₄ from Na₂SO₄ in preference to that from K₂SO₄. The absorption patterns for K and Cl were similar in both the varieties. It is concluded that the capacity of plant species to accumulate greater amounts of Na is a reflection of their halophytic feature.     

微透析法获取鹅掌柴嫩茎质外体汁液的研究

该文研究的重点是获取质外体汁液。假设微透析技术可以在植物上得到质外体汁液,并以盆栽鹅掌柴为材料,在活体嫩茎插入微透析探针后的不同时间段内分别收集透析液,测定其中的离子浓度和苹果酸脱氢酶活性加以验证。结果表明:在探针插入120 min后,收集的透析液中Na+、K+和Ca2+浓度逐渐趋于平缓,并且苹果酸脱氢酶的活性消失,从而证明120 min后得到的微透析液,没有受到破损细胞液的污染,是纯净的鹅掌柴嫩茎质外体汁液，从而为活体、方便、快捷地获取植物质外体汁液提供新的方法。      

Studies on Normal Haematological and Serum Biochemical Values of the ‘Hijin’ Racing Camels (Camelus dromedarius) in Kuwait

Haematological estimations and serum biochemical analyses were made on 100 samples collected from clinically healthy Hijin racing camels (Camelus dromedarius) in Kuwait. The red blood cell counts, packed cell volume, haemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular haemoglobin, mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration and total white blood cell counts were estimated. In the serum biochemical analyses, sodium, potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, total bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, glucose, total protein and cholesterol concentrations were measured, as were the alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, -glutamyltransferase, creatine kinase and alkaline phosphatase activities. The results are discussed in relation to other findings reported in camels.     

青海白唇鹿公鹿血钾指标和红细胞钾型的研究

采用火焰光度法对青海省大通种牛场18头白唇鹿公鹿三项血钾指标和红细胞钾型进行了研究。结果发现:①被检青海白唇鹿公鹿的血清钾离子浓度为3.7±0.8mmol/L,全血钾离子浓度为27.4±3.0mmol/L,红细胞钾离子浓度为75.4±10.1mmol/L;②按红细胞钾离子浓度判定,全部被检青海白唇鹿公鹿的红细胞钾型为高血钾型。     

D型魏氏梭菌毒素研究进展

魏氏梭菌病是由魏氏梭菌引起的一种重要的人兽共患传染病。可导致各种动物的肠毒血症或坏死性肠炎,D型魏氏梭菌病包括牛、羔羊、绵羊、山羊以及灰鼠的肠毒血症等。D型魏氏梭菌所产的毒素是引起动物死亡的重要因素之一,本文综述了D型魏氏梭菌毒素的结构、功能以及检测方法的研究进展。
